Our Story
A fresh approach to estate agency.
LMA Property was founded by Leah back in 2015 after she’d worked for 9 years in various types of agency; from small independents to large corporates. During this time she studied law (during weekends and evenings!) and was called to the Bar. LMA was ‘plan b’ to a new legal career ‘plan a’ but Leah loved creating a business with the best of what she’d learnt from others so far, and applying it completely independently - and so these plans were quickly reversed.
LMA has grown organically from the ground up. This legal training plus a focus on customer service before sales means that clients come to LMA because it is truly personal. Everyone who works at LMA has been hand picked through contacts and connections, never job boards, to ensure that everyone carries the same LMA ethos.

And for most importantly for lettings – we never place a tenant in a property that we would not be wiling to have in our own. This is proven through the fact that in 11 years, LMA have never had a tenant default on rent or be taken to court for any reason.

Lily Barista
Three facts:
- - At 18, she took her first solo trip to Brazil. It opened her eyes to the world, and here she is two+ decades later!
- - She genuinely enjoys getting things done, and somehow turns everything into a little productivity challenge.
- - People often open up to her really quickly. She's been told more than once, "You could be my therapist!" (Well, she does have a calm, approachable vibe).

- - Had a pet pigeon as a child.

Three facts:
- - Went to film school and wanted to be a producer.
- - When younger she used to create 'fancy drinks' for her sisters, but now she's a grown-up, she gets to do it for real!
- - Spends a few times a week looking after her 3-and-a-quarter-year-old nephew Phoenix, who is a real character!
