Our Director, Leah, has spent most of her working life in South West London, and all of it in property. From working in small family-run companies, to larger corporates, she has seen the frustrations and barriers that can occur with large, faceless companies, and aims to overcome these.

With a property management background, she knows the importance of customer service and not just hard sales. Being legally trained also helps with the ins and outs and questions you may have!

Firm but fair and above all friendly, we always work with you to determine the sort of service you need, as everyone has different expectations.

Leah is ARLA/Propertymark qualified, and LMA Property Ltd are members of the Property Redress Scheme.

Any estate agent can stick up a board sponsoring a local school fete, but we wanted to get actively involved in the local community, which is why we volunteer when we can at Fulham Palace and have been doing so for 2 years now.

We get to meet lots of our fellow local residents, spend time in this fabulous historic building, and whilst we are still dealing the public – they are always in a good mood having a nice morning or afternoon in this neighbourhood gem (which isn’t always the case when dealing with the public in relation to property of course!)

Absolutely, we do also help financially where we can too and have recently sponsored the Palace’s summer garden party, and other patron events so that they can keep getting in funds to restore and maintain this magnificent place.
